Things Go Wrong

A cozy relationship
Grew serious, disappointed, troubled -
Maintaining only a shell presence.
A close-knit circle helped,
But efforts were unsuccessful.
A lawyer was appointed;
Little hope remains.
Should have known (it) was doomed to fail.
They had everything...little...nothing.
(It) may be impossible to recover.
Should have paid more attention to all signs.
